Physiotherapy with Clare Triggs
Clare Triggs is a qualified neurological physiotherapist. She has 25 years of experience working in a wide variety of settings starting in the NHS and then moving in to private practice where she focused on musculoskeletal and sports injuries. Clare then worked as part of a team treating injured service men and women at DMRC Headley court focusing and developing her work in complex trauma. It was here that she had the opportunity to work in the pool and found a passion for aquatic physiotherapy.
